You would like to purchase a ready-made company from us.

The company has already been formed, recorded in the Commercial Register, and has a fully authorized bank account. Purchasing a shelf company, such as this, is simple, fast, and uncomplicated. It offers many advantages in comparison to founding your own new company:

The purchase requires just a single appointment with the notary, which can, of course, take place at your location. And we would be glad to set the appointment up for you, too. All that is left is to at this meeting is change the company name, modify the articles and bylaws, change the management, and move the registered office, if necessary, so the company is adapted to your specific needs.

To purchase, please fill out the forms below. You can print them out and send them to us by fax or e-mail them to us. And, of course, you can decide to handle the entire purchase online. In this case, you will receive an e-mail with the contract as a pdf document right after you send your e-mail with the required contract information.

With Online Purchase, you select the method of payment you want. You receive an e-mail with your own personal link to assure that no one else has used your e-mail address and that the order has been made and is binding. As soon as FORATIS AG receives the purchase price, we will send you the company documents by courier.
